This duplex was in a wonderful position bordered by a park, overlooking the river onto parklands and tucked away in a quite street. We were able to acheive two large individual residences spread across four (4) levels. The building is oreintated to capture views down the river South East overlooking the adjacent parklands and Surfers Paradise skyline. To addressed the issue of privacy, from the street, the front bedrooms we introduced the use of large timber screens, which allow light to penetrate into the rooms while giving the occupants a high level of privacy. Each basement can house three (3) cars and has large amounts of storage. The uppermost level conatins the master bedroom suite and each unit has their own plunge pool.
