Our client bought a small brick cottage which was in need of a lot of love. The client wanted to capture the coastal feel of the Gold Coast, to enhance the properties close location to the ocean. This was a complete transformation of a small cottage into a modern large family home. Only one of the original walls remains, but allowed for this amazing transformation. We worked closely with both the client and the builder from the onset of this project. All parties meet often on site to ensure a steady progress of construction and to allow for certain elements of the design to evolve as the build continued. We were able to help the client with many of the important details of their home such as the lighting design, power layouts and kitchen design. Cost :$300,000+ Design Period : 3 Months Construction Period : 6 Months
