Northerly Aspect, over water - that is what these two Duplexes have.

We designed the building to use every inch of the northern aspect. The kitchen over looks the dining rrom, which leads onto the lounge, which flows out to a terrace, which over looks a plunge pool. Creating a large indoor / outdoor living feel.
