Throughout his career, Aaron has worked on a wide range of architectural projects. In particular, he has extensive experience in the design and development of major retail complexes, commercial office buildings and high rise developments. Aaron’s career has given him the opportunity to be involved with projects both in Australia and the Asia Pacific Region over the past 15 years. |

Rod’s construction background allows him to have an understanding of all facets of the project whether it be design or critical path programming. Professional and thorough in his approach to all aspects of design, Rod also compliments this with the technical knowledge required for all building types. Although his passion lies with prestige private residences, throughout Australia, Rod has also been heavily involved with Multi Residential, High Rise, Mixed Use, Club and Commercial developments. |

| Jacob Bray Assistant Project Manager Gold Coast Office Jacob joined Northerly Aspect Architects as a cadet and through constant personal development has matured into important part of the office. Jacob joined the team after working overseas in a different field of endeavour. He brings to the team a mature and worldly experience. He is currently assisting in the delivery of a number of varying projects. Jacob is tasked with dealing with the day to day tasks of these projects, such as ensuring that projects are delivered on time. These projects have been a great opportunity to increase, and improve his Project Management skills. |
