Master Planning

We were approached by a international organisation to develop a concept master plan for a large site in the UAE. The brief was for mixed use, with consideration of the coastal strip - for it was envisaged as an open public space.

Further development of this concept is antispated.

Master planning scheme for a 4 star hotel, adjoining the golf course, and a large city park. The park would become a entry statement to the city and provide a central location for many of the facilities lacking from this young city.

The hotel's location takes advantage of its elevated position to capture the scenic rim.
